Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for an additional fee of ₹150 per order.
Processing & Delivery Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Delivery times range between 3–7 business days based on your location and the courier partner’s schedule.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Serviceable Areas
We ship to most locations across India. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable area, we will inform you as soon as possible after placing your order.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number and link once your order is dispatched.
- You can use this link to track the status of your shipment in real-time.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a COD order is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unresponsive contact, future COD orders from the same user may be restricted.
- For prepaid orders that are returned undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or refund as applicable.
Shipping Delays
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, national holidays, or due to unforeseen logistical issues such as bad weather or transportation strikes.
- We appreciate your patience during such times and will keep you informed of any delays.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We will work with the courier partner to investigate and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.
